The arena is located on the UNLV campus, less than 5 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. The box office is on the southwest side of the building. Guests needing special assistance may be dropped off at the main entrance. Escalators are available outside the arena and Strip View Pavilion.

The 35,000-sq-ft Strip View Pavilion, added as part of the 2016 $72.5 million modernization, is a multi-purpose facility on the west side of the building that can host meetings, private events, and fan activations.
